Product great, shipping horrible mess
I’ve had this for over 10 years. It’s a really good product. However the filters are getting damaged during shipping. First filter came with damage on the corner. I call they shipped out a second one and it was worst than the first one. I some what fixed the first one. So I’ll use that one this time. I’ll throw away the second one.

Toxic Plastic Smell
I used my air purifier for years 24/7. It is a great machine, very quiet and efficient. I loved it. However, the newer filters have a sickening plastic smell which makes it unusable! I have always bought my filters directly from Blue Air, so they are legit. They even replaced the last filter (due to smell), but the new one stinks just as bad. We couldn’t even stand to use it when our AQI was ~500. I am now stuck with an unusable purifier. Blue Air must have changed suppliers or formula. ☹️

Everything becomes cleaner
Amazing to see the fine dust particles floating in the air, visible from sun rays shining through the windows get sucked into the purifier and trapped in the filter. Doesn't take long to clear the air.
