Why is the low water indicator on my humidifier not turning off even though I have added water to the tank?

If the low water hasn’t turned off after filling the water reservoir, manually adjust the fan speed on the humidifier by pressing the fan speed button on the device or through the app.

This will draw water into the pump and allow the sensor to detect the recently added water. The low water indicator will then turn off, and you can set the fan back to your desired speed or return to Auto mode.

Perfect Fit & Works Like New! ✨
Yesterday I finally clicked Add to Cart on a new humidifier filter, and, to be real, I was half-convinced I really needed to purchase this (the app said I needed a replacement). The replacement showed up FAST, fit right into the humidifier, and literally the smoothest progress ever.
For context, I use my humidifier 24/7 at 30% humidity, and around the 7 month mark it needed to be replaced. Paying around $17-20 biannually isn't a deal breaker, so I don't think the price is unjustified - even though it probably costs Blueair $0.60 to make them. OH WELL! I'm a happy customer.

Works great but I needed some help!
I could not figure out how to remove and replace the filter inside its holder. I called support but I could not understand the CSR's accent. She said she would have someone call me but no one ever did.
I finally figured it out by myself. There should be instructions shipped with the filter.
