    Covers are great

    I use a swifter paddle cloth in between washing. Wash it with like items and stuff that doesn’t have any Velcro. They last a long time. Just noticed they have new colors for the 211+ that we have. Going to order some new ones to add to the collection.

    Luna Rock Rocks

    The warm gray of the lunar rock pre-filter is the perfect color for my room. It is warm and serene.

    Package arrived damaged and very poor communicatio

    Love the product BUT filter package arrived damaged and 6 months ahead of scheduled time I wanted/needed. Don't know what happened but I'm reluctant to continue my subscription to BlueAir. We have two of them and love them but poor communications have soured us on the company.

    Going through prefilters like a kid in a candyshop

    Prefilters get dirty so fast. Despite handwashing they pile very easily. The biggest downfall is that the machine snags them, so they are constantly getting holes in them.

    Just got. Pre filter stitches coming undone

    The stitches on my blue prefilter are already coming undone- I just received my air filter today (211+).

    On a side note. Would be awesome to have filters for different holidays with designs on them.
