    A dirty sock on the outside of the air purifier

    The pre-filter sheds dust that it collected during operation because it is on the outside of the air purifier unit. It's visually unappealing because it looks dirty, and it defeats the purpose of having an air purifier.

    Pure 411 Pre-filter-Diva Blue

    I appreciate the fabric filters on the front of our BlueAir. The quality of all BlueAir products is excellent

    These clean up nice. I figure they give us extra protection and have had all my family order BlueAir purifiers. We have two, one in the bedroom and one in the family room.

    Functional solution. Essential air purifier layer.

    As a designer (fashion), I would describe the pre- filter as a 'tube top'. Due to fiber content (stretch), it is easy to install & launders effectively.

    Thank you for your feedback on our humidifier. We're glad to hear you like its design, quiet operation, and easy top filling. We understand your concern about the frequent refills. The runtime can vary based on humidity levels and settings. For the best performance, we recommend placing the humidifier in a room up to 500 sq. ft, adjusting your preferred target humidity level, and setting the humidifier to Auto mode. This allows the device to react to changing humidity and adjust to meet your target level. Initially, it will consume more water to increase the humidity, but once the target is reached, it will use less water to maintain it.
