    Poor

    These pre filters are not re useable. I always have to throw mine away as the Velcro never works again and rips away from the material. It's impossible to find where to buy these because you don't make my model anymore.

    No response for return

    Neither of them fit. I have one 511 and one 411 and neither of the covers fit

    I wrote you and I never heard back from anybody. I was moving so I had to put them in the giveaway moving pile for someone else to use if they wanted. I didn't have time to deal with you not taking it back
