How often do I need to change the filters?

Your filter will last up to 1 year thanks to our proprietary RealTrack algorithm that accurately calculates the remaining filter lifetime based on fan speed, usage time and pollution levels.

When it's time to replace the filter, the filter replacement LED on the interface will turn red to remind you. Alternatively, connect to the Blueair app to receive an alert and easily re-order at the touch of a button.

Great purifier wifi not so great
I do like this a lot. It is so quiet and barely uses much energy. Really noticed a difference in air quality in the basement since we put it out.
But heres the thing the wifi set up isn't the greatest. I get why they would only want it on not the full throttle wifi but I dont have the option for wifi splitting so it just purifies rhe air really well. Can't really read anything on the air quality.

Clean Air!
As a first time buyer I’m very impressed with my 511i, unlike most other brand such as Shark, Blueair has the app that works great and it’s very convenient. Only down side is that after some time the device gets bit dirty and requires me to clean more often then usual. But least I know it’s doing exactly what it’s intended to do! Overall the 511i Max makes a great air purifier for any bedroom or nursing room!

Quiet!
Love the crisp clean air! I have three cats and so there is a lot of fur in the air and this helps with filtering the hair and smells going on in our home!

Creates much cleaner air!
I love how much better the air quality is! My mom (with respiratory issues) lives with people that smoke in her house. I walked in one day and the odor was so bad! I brought the air purifier to her house, and now you can't even tell!

Love this Air Purifier!
This Blueair Air Purifier is fantastic. It is sleek and very modern looking. Fits into any room. The noise isn’t insane. It is relatively silent unless you are a bionic listener. It is a wonderful addition to add to the arsenal of clean breathing! Love it!
