    Won't honor advertised warranty

    Biggest issue is that the fan started to jam after 2.5 years. Started by making a rubbing sound, and a month later it wouldn't run on anything but high. I contacted BlueAir for warranty service. This is an expensive machine and I chose this company specifically because they advertised a 5-year warranty. What I didn't know, because it wasn't made clear when I bought it, is that the 5 year warranty is only good if you register the device with them. Because I missed that detail, they refused to honor the warranty. In my opinion this is false advertising and shady business practices. Shame on you BlueAir!

    Cheaply made product.

    I am very disappointed, after 2 years and 3 months the fan is so loud on medium speed that we cannot use it and forget using it on high. The low setting it does nothing to purify the air, there isn't a particle of dust on the filter. I was faithful and changed the 3 filters every 6 months and those are not cheap; $80.00 with Amazon's "subscribe & save".

    I have tried to take it apart to see if I could fix the fan but removing the 4 screws at the top will still not allow access to the fan.

    Disappointed

    The app continually shows the filter needs replaced even though it is new. Blueair customer support have been worse than useless. I have three classic blears none of which will work with the app. A waste of money.
