What model is this filter compatible with?

This wick filter is only compatible with the 2-in-1 Purify + Humidify. Check the label on the inside of your device to find the model name.

How often should I replace my wick filter?

Depending on usage, your filter will last up to 6 months. It should be cleaned weekly when in use according to the instructions in the user manual to maintain optimal performance.

It’s important to change your filter when needed because dirty filters humidify the air less efficiently, reducing the purifier's ability to capture pollutants and affecting overall air quality in your space.

To clean the wick filter, rinse with water weekly, or for a deep clean, soak in citric acid and rinse. Use 20g of citric acid for every 1L of water for 1 hour. Rinse well under running tap water.

Did not receive delivery & that’s not what I ordered
I ordered a replacement filter for H35i humidifier. The filter order for the 2 in 1 purify was cancelled when I returned the 2 in 1 unit. Since I don’t own that product I don’t need filters for it.
And I have spoken with customer service representatives several times to correct my address yet it is still incorrect. Not sure what you guys are doing but it’s not working for me. Will not recommend BlueAir products to anyone…maybe for someone I don’t like.

Far Superior to any other
We live in the desert and we’ve tried many humidifiers. Our Blueair is by far the best filter-humidifier we’ve bought. It’s so quiet we actually look at it sometimes to make sure it’s on. The air humidity is perfect and there is zero white dust. Highly recommend!

Great product!
No cleaning of the humidifier, just air filters and sensor filter on a regular basis. Top-filling for the water tank is SO convenient. And the mist-free humidification is a welcome change from cheaper units.
