Why is the low water indicator on my humidifier not turning off even though I have added water to the tank?

If the low water hasn’t turned off after filling the water reservoir, manually adjust the fan speed on the humidifier by pressing the fan speed button on the device or through the app.

This will draw water into the pump and allow the sensor to detect the recently added water. The low water indicator will then turn off, and you can set the fan back to your desired speed or return to Auto mode.

Humidifier H35i Replacement Wick
Humidifier H35i Replacement Wicks work well except for the two bands that are supposed to hold it together. Even if you are very careful during the cleaning process at some point either one and/or the other will break possibly at multiple points. A high quality filter from a high quality company should not have such a repeating flaw in its design.

Missing, broken filters
I ordered multiple filters and received a box with one missing. Additionally, one of the filters was broken. There is thin plastic or glue holding the filter together and it was already broken when I opened the package. I've been waiting days for customer service to respond!

Perfect Fit & Works Like New! ✨
Yesterday I finally clicked Add to Cart on a new humidifier filter, and, to be real, I was half-convinced I really needed to purchase this (the app said I needed a replacement). The replacement showed up FAST, fit right into the humidifier, and literally the smoothest progress ever.
For context, I use my humidifier 24/7 at 30% humidity, and around the 7 month mark it needed to be replaced. Paying around $17-20 biannually isn't a deal breaker, so I don't think the price is unjustified - even though it probably costs Blueair $0.60 to make them. OH WELL! I'm a happy customer.

Bought 2 air filters and a humidifier. I ordered a filter for each.
No choice of cookies! I don't want your ads filling my mailbox! A reminder when I need a replacement filter is okay , but don't nag!
