    Great product, superior customer service!

    Received my new pure fan auto to replace the old one, I loved my old machine and was worried I wouldn’t like the new model as much, but I love this fan even more. It is set to auto in our bedroom and my husband and I sleep great, I love the calming, cool breeze and the fact that is cleaning the air too. I did put a piece of white tape over the light, I like it on auto because night mode which turns the light off is only on low.

    Twice broken 😞

    I purchased this fan a year ago on Amazon and it stopped working and I was able to get an exchange and replace it with a new one but that one has also stopped working completely. It will not turn on at all and I have tried all the troubleshooting tips.

    I’m bummed because I loved it while it was working.
