Good as expected
Looks good and working quite in auto mode. Good as expected except the poor "final touch". I got sticky/ dirty surface after removing the sticker. See photo.

2 failed deliveries to Tenerife
I ordered my blue air purifier 22 Feb and was told it would be delivered to Tenerife within 5 days. After several weeks of waiting I was informed that, for some unknown reason, UPS had shipped my air purifier to the USA. I was thetefore offered a refund or another shipment. I went for the second shipment on 17 March. Again after several weeks of non delivery blue air came back to me on 24 April and said that they couldn't deliver the item and they would provide me with a refund AND that I should buy the same item through Amazon who charge €130 for the same model.

Der Kauf hat sich total gelohnt. Ich bin 100%zufrieden. Wir haben Haustiere und durch Einsatz des Blue Pure 221 wird der Geruch verringert und die Staubbelastung ist nicht so hoch.

Not my cup of tea...
I bought this machine some time ago, but upon receiving it, I noticed that it is a rather basic device. By "dumb," I mean that it lacks any smart functions, such as a small sensor that can automatically activate the air purifier when the air needs to be cleaned. Additionally, it does not come with an app or remote, and it does not integrate with any home automation systems like HomeKit or Google Home.

Essentially, it is just an ON/OFF device with three different power settings. While all of this was mentioned in the device's description, I expected more from a device sold at this price point in 2023.

To make matters worse, the lowest setting produces a lot of noise, and I found it impossible to use the device on even the lowest setting for an extended period. At this point, I wanted to return the device, but I was unable to do so because I had used it for two hours.

Overall, my experience with the device and service was quite disappointing.
