How do I reset my filter replacement indicator (red light) on my Blue Pure air purifier?

A red filter replacement indicator appears on the air purifier when it is time to change filter, after about 6 months of operation.

After you replace your filter, press the center button down to reset the filter light indicator until the red light disappears. It usually takes 7-10 seconds and may take up to 30 seconds depending on the model.

Wrong size
The filter was out of stock for months, I finally get one shipped and it’s 2 inches too short!

difficult finding replacement filters to fit.
Blue Air is awful in ease of finding the correct filer replacement. Where are the filter dimensions in the website??

Don't Waste your Money
Very Unhappy. Finding the correct replacement filter is impossible. I purchased 2 and neither one of them fit the machine. Don't buy this product!

Sleeping Good
My family and I regularly clean & dust our home, with a water enabled vacuum. However, the Blue Air 311 Auto with the Blue Pure 311 Particle + Carbon Filter - completes the clean air process. Our allergies clear up, from being outside and we sleep soundly at night. Thank you Blue Air!

Customer Service
Your products are excellent, there is no doubt. However, your Customer Service is very questionable. Recently I had sent an email because I ordered the wrong filter for my home. I never received a response. The Chat Box is very good.
