I bought this 3 years ago. Everything is working

well. Only the filters are too expensive.

I purchased this machine a few years ago, I find it effective and does what exactly what it’s suppose to do, my living room feels clean however the filter is very expensive to be changing every 6 months and spending £79 each time. At high settings the machine is loud and will cause disturbance.

We have bought it recently through the Amazon and it was sad to see how quality has clenched. We have 403 model already more when a three years and so happy with it, but decided to buy another one to other room and found out that the 405 model is much more noises than 403. The motor became much louder now. Why you changing your quality of motors? To be honest, I don't need your advanced tough display I need a good product back.

I am very pleased with this product. It came on time and works quietly. It is not intrusive. I bought it in the hope that it can filter the corvid virus. Obviously that research has not been done and although it cannot be guaranteed, it does make me feel safer when I am working with people in the room.
