    Filter

    I had re subscribe, cause it ended for some reason. When I received the filter, the packaging was open but it didn’t look like the filter was tampered with.

    Cleans the air very well.

    Bring back the Smokestop filter!

    Really disappointed that BlueAir has stopped making the carbon smokestop filter.

    Expensive!

    Expensive! These filters are very expensive, for what they are. I would give these filters 5 stars if they were reasonably priced. $100 each is not what I consider reasonably priced. I have asthma and use the air purifiers around the house. Three air purifiers cost $500 to replace filters. If I replace the filters every 6 months, my cost for the filters is $1000.

    We're sorry to hear about the issue with your humidifier! It seems the problem was related to the low water indicator, which can stay on if the unit is filled without turning it off. Powering the humidifier off and then back on resets the pump and allows it to detect the newly added water. While we are glad to hear that your return experience was seamless, we apologize for not resolving this issue before you returned the device.
