Damaged
Hello, first time I order a filter and the package was damaged. Can I get a replacement? Is an expensive item . This is how it was left in the front door. Attached pictures. Thank you.

Stylish, effective, and quiet.
Good looking design. Quietly filters a lot of air. We usually run it on 2 (medium) which is about 34dB. Still haven't determined if it will reduce dust levels in our home. We may also turn it up during allergy season. Hopefully it will improve allergy symptoms.

Packaging
Box the filter came in, was opened then taped up with the box not completely sealed. I pay good money for this filter in it. You cannot come in a box all torn apart the way it has been received.

Great filtration systems
I love my 2 Bluair filtration systems. One resides in the living room and the other in the master bedroom. Since installation, my allergy symptoms have drastically reduced and surprisingly, my house filters and recirculation filter do not get dirty as often as before the use. The systems also remove cooking odors quickly and effectively. I am very pleased with these systems.
