Received it already ripped
Opened the box to find the filler already ripped. Was I sent a filter that someone else returned?

Magic!
Works so well! Due to air quality I have to change every three months, but you can tell the difference. I am so thankful that I have one.

Filter Great Machine NOT Great!
My Filter is great and I generally like my Blue Air, however, I can't get it to change speeds and after I changed the filter the light stayed red. What is wrong?
