    Problem with the filter

    I just installed the new Blue Pure 211+ filter. Normally the band of light on the on dial is white. I turned it on and the light is a bright yellow. Please advise.

    Thank you for your review and for installing your new Blue Pure 211+ Series Carbon Filter. A yellow light on the unit typically indicates that the filter indicator needs to be reset after replacement.

    To reset it, please press and hold the power button for about 5 to 7 seconds until the light flashes, then release. This should return the light to white.

    If it remains yellow, we have reached out to you directly to review the photos and assist further.

    Works great!

    We had a tree come through the roof in a windstorm and the renovation was quite messy. I put the filter on after we could go back to sleep in another part of the house. That filter was so dirty. New one is great!

    The box looked like it had opened when it arrived. I don’t know where that happened bit it is a concern. The filter looks ok.

    Otherwise we are happy with BlueAir.

    Filter issue

    We bought the Blue Air 211 and were happy with it. The problem seems to be new filter design which no longer comes with a cage. I have tried everything I can think of to get help from this company writing this review will hopefully get someone’s attention.

    Refill and cage don't match.

    I bought my Pure 211+ unit over 5 years ago. It operates wonderfully. About a year ago I needed a filter refill. I ordered it from Blue. I received a filter in a new cage - diamond pattern. This is apparently not refillable. In order to continue to operate the filter, I need to get the proper cage that will accept refills.
