Wrong filters
I ordered by the model # on my owners manual. These filters you shipped are WRONG ! Too short & pleats are deeper. Getting totally frustrated with Blue Air.

Honestly their filter systems are great, quiet and the wireless features work smoothly. The best part (I think) is the filter subscription. Remembering to replace filters on your own never happens.
