Great filter!
I was very please with the process of ordering the replacement filter. It was shipped to me promptly. The only issue was that the shipping label was placed over the installation instructions on the box. I had to spend a bit of time looking for the manual; installation was actually very easy once I did it!

Good air quality, bad fit
Sold as compatible with my 311i Max, while diameter fits, the height on this filter is much shorter than original element. Makes the fabric pre-filter look funny when installed. Still filters effectively, just looks awful.

Filter is wrong size but I am using it anyway
The box said it was the filter for my model, but it is 2 inches shorter than the original.
I simply taped off the part that has no filter, so the air will only flow through the filter.
Next time I will contact the company in advance to ensure they check before sending.
