Not sure how to fix it
The Blue Air filter we’ve been using (311i max) is different from the new allergen filter and to me it doesn’t look like it will fit on the other Blue Air device. What can I do to make it work? The older filter is almost 2 inches taller.

Great filter!
I was very please with the process of ordering the replacement filter. It was shipped to me promptly. The only issue was that the shipping label was placed over the installation instructions on the box. I had to spend a bit of time looking for the manual; installation was actually very easy once I did it!

Good air quality, bad fit
Sold as compatible with my 311i Max, while diameter fits, the height on this filter is much shorter than original element. Makes the fabric pre-filter look funny when installed. Still filters effectively, just looks awful.
