Opened the box to find the filler already ripped. Was I sent a filter that someone else returned?

Magic!
Works so well! Due to air quality I have to change every three months, but you can tell the difference. I am so thankful that I have one.

Filter is probably fine
Cannot reset the filter alert so no idea when this new one will need to be replaced. Very frustrating that we have tried everything on both machines. WILL NOT reset

Thanks for sharing this with us. With the Blue Pure Mini Max device, the indicator needs to be manually reset by pressing and holding the fan speed button for about 15 seconds. We have reached out to you directly to help make sure everything resets properly and gets back to normal.
