How do I reset my filter replacement indicator (red light) on my Blue Pure air purifier?

A red filter replacement indicator appears on the air purifier when it is time to change filter, after about 6 months of operation.

After you replace your filter, press the center button down to reset the filter light indicator until the red light disappears. It usually takes 7-10 seconds and may take up to 30 seconds depending on the model.

Disappointed Shipping
My new filter arrived in the retailer's box, not inside another box with cushioning. It's very damaged and I have photos of the crushed & torn corner. Im not sure yet if I can even use it.

It seems that your system does not last very long! Is there anyway I can get a replacement filter because this is already red and I’m very upset I really need this for my asthma
