Great buy
So far ww love this air filter. It recognizes when i am cooking and starts cleaning the air! It is pretty quiet while functioning. No complaints!

You sent the wrong filter.
The filter you sent is made to fit the Fit Blue Pure F2Max, but I have the Blue Pure 211+. I want to return the filter for a refund and get the correct one if you have one. I have written several times without getting a satisfactory answer.

Blueair refuses to provide a refund
Ordered by mistake and returned unopened in pristine condition and Blueair refuses to provide a refund. Their bots promise refunds. Nothing shows up in my account. Disgraceful customer service.

Really helpful in wildfire season
We live in Boise, Idaho, and our air quality for the last month has generally ranged from poor to terrible. We really have to limit our time outdoors. Having the SmokeBlock filter has really helped keep the air in our house breathable, and with my asthma, that is very important.
