Machine goes into filtering mode once there is an issue in the air such as smoke from cooking even though my filtration 2 systems are not in kitchen. Hard to judge allergy filter.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. The unit is designed to detect changes in air quality, which can sometimes include smoke or cooking odors even if the purifier is not placed in the kitchen. The unit is capable of filtering particles as small as 0.1 microns, which are not visible to the naked eye. As a result, when operating in auto mode, the fan speed may adjust automatically to address these microscopic particles and maintain clean air.

Exact same as cheaper knock off on Amazon
We previously got the alternative filter’s on Amazon and decided for allergy season to try the legit brand…side by side they are the EXACT same, material, design, everything. You can tell they were likely made in the same factory. The knock off just had a white tag instead of a blue one, likely to differentiate the filters in the facility. Get the cheaper ones on Amazon

I’ll be sending me the wrong product
I have tried three times to get a filter for my 411 and every time they’ve sent me the wrong product. It’s a 411 not with an I not with an a…and now I have two sitting in my garage that don’t fit, again!
