Blue Pure 411i (3250i) Max, 411a Max Allergenblock Filter

I had signed up for the automatic filter “subscription”. I received Blue Pure emails that delivery was on its way. But the actual delivery app I was linked to for tracking did not register the delivery as existing. The manufacturer’s website and the fulfilment website do not sync. I kept getting conflicting results. The manufacturer’s phantom delivery tracking via email notices versus the empty delivery fulfilment company information. So then I had to dig down to ensure I had not been charged. After weeks of frustration and waiting , I cancelled the filter renewal subscription and simply ordered anew from the manufacturer at full cost (versus the promised discount from the subscription). Not an assure my experience.

I have had my BlueAir since two years ago because as a foreigner living in a wooden-built house I suffered a lot of sneezing and skin rashes and read that air purifiers can be helpful. This one has done wonders for me. Thanks to this filter both my cat and I breathe very well in my apartment, with so much less sneezing per week.
