I don’t understand what is going on with the Blueair 511. I ordered it the first time and it had bad chemical smell. They sent me a replacement. It also had bad chemical smell. Then they sent me another replacement and again even when I opened the box it smelled badly of chemicals and I left it running outside for 24 hours and it smells like chemicals. I have ordered the small one and a 411 and those are fine. I don’t know what you guys are doing to the 511 batch of filters and I have asked that they do not send me a replacement from the same batch and it stinks even worse than the previous two. I own four of these machines and cannot replace the filters. Why? This is absolutely not OK and I’m tired of it. At this point, I just need a refund. I don’t know what to do.
