Choices to meet the needs of everyone
Love my Blue Pure air purifier. I like that they have various filters that meet the needs of many. We use the allergenblock filter during the spring and the smoke block filter for winter when we are burning wood.

Love the allergen filters!
I have the allergen filters on all of our filters. We have definitely seen an increase in our breathing. We can tell how much cleaner the air actually is.

Very disappointed
I ordered filters and then learned they were not available. I called customer service and had a conversation with the representative. She did not listen to what I was asking. She told me what I wanted. Not good customer service. I immediately told her to cancel my order. I had no trust with this company. Guess what? I found the SAME filters from Blue Air on Amazon. The exact same ones. And they were sold in pairs for half the price.

Blueair needs to get it together !!!
Great air purifier, horrible app, lousy customer service had a jump through hoops to find the telephone number for customer service.. !! Filter replacement program is a joke filters are 30% more expensive on the subscription then they are on Amazon makes no sense !! Recently purchase two Pure 511i purifiers from Amazon ironically both air purifiers were missing filters how convenient this company continues to get worse and worse and worse !!

Great filter. Needs better customer communication.
I bought this an I have no issues with the filter itself it’s great. However, I ordered a replacement filter and the company didn’t inform me that the filter would be going to a UPS pickup location instead of my home like I had asked it to. I didn’t find out until I went to find out why it hadn’t come yet.
