    We love it!

    Right out of the box it was ready to use. We plugged it in and turned it on and shortly after, we could tell the difference in the air in the rooms. We all seem to have some kind of sinus or allergy problems and we have started breathing better. The air coming out is so fresh-smelling. Thank you for a wonderful product!

    Working great. Only problem is I cannot get the red light to go off. Followed instructions and still does not go ouy

    Thanks for the great feedback on your Blue Pure 311i Max. We’re glad to hear it’s working well overall. For the red filter light, pressing and holding the fan button for about 15 seconds should reset it once the filter is properly installed.     Replacement Filter

    Replaced filter and purifier won’t recognize the newer more expensive one.

    It makes a difference

    We noticed the difference in our air after the first day. On lower fan speeds it is very quiet and even on medium or high speed it is quieter than many others. The air quality monitor was showing the air quality as bad and we thought there was a problem with the monitor, but discovered that our humidifier caused this problem. When the humidifier is off or on a low setting the air quality monitor shows it as good.
