Unclear labelling
The labelling for this product is confusing - to be clear 311i+ Max is a different size than 311i Max Don't overlook the plus sign to make sure you get the right one. When I reached out for a return and to get the correct size, no one got back to me.

Very pleased
Very good purifier. It senses when I’m cooking but I no longer set off the smoke alarm when frying bacon for my grand.

311max filters
I still have not received correct filters and have not been able to use it. Really cross at the waste of$. The 311 max and 311 max with the little + use different filters! That’s poor
