I my reset the filter
The red light won’t go away. Your app says it isn’t compatible with certain WiFi’s and I don’t see a solution being offered.

Great Product but Terrible Customer Service
I purchased my air purifier directly from Blueair two years ago and all subsequent replacement filters thereafter as well. Terrific product and equal to all the great reveiws and recommendations. Early this month I ordered another replacement filter. Same buyer (me) and same address as all past orders went to. But oops! Computer glitch occurred such that my filter was being routed to a different person in a different state. Blueair’s error which I noticed when I got an order confirmation. I called customer service two minutes after seeing the error and was told the order would be cancelled. Nope. Got an email that the order was on its (wrong) way. Called customer service again and couldn’t believe that they wouldn’t help me. Wrote twice to the company on the “contact us” form before a correct replacement filter order was in place.
