Don't print directions on the box; include a set inside the box.
I received my filter but the directions were on the outside of the box, covered with shipping labels that would not come off. I still do not know how to reset the machine so it knows the filter has been changed. Add instructions inside the box.

Stopped sensing air quality
This machine was great, it turned on every time we were cooking. It would even turn on across the room if we opened up our powdered vitamins. Ever since I replaced the air filter, the machine now states air quality is “excellent” all the time. It doesn’t even turn on when the room is full of smoke from cooking.

Effectiveness
We purchased the Blue Air unit. It has met all expectations even used in normal conditions. It was time to replace the filter and, since we have forest fires this time of year, we ordered the smoke block filter and it has worked perfectly.
