¿Cómo reinicio el indicador de reemplazo de mi filtro (luz roja) en mi purificador de aire puro azul?

Aparece un indicador de reemplazo de filtro rojo en el purificador de aire cuando es hora de cambiar el filtro, después de aproximadamente 6 meses de funcionamiento.

Después de reemplazar su filtro, presione el botón central hacia abajo para restablecer el indicador de luz del filtro hasta que la luz roja desaparezca. Por lo general, toma 7-10 segundos y puede tomar hasta 30 segundos dependiendo del modelo.

The box looked like it had opened when it arrived. I don’t know where that happened bit it is a concern. The filter looks ok.
Otherwise we are happy with BlueAir.

Filter issue
We bought the Blue Air 211 and were happy with it. The problem seems to be new filter design which no longer comes with a cage. I have tried everything I can think of to get help from this company writing this review will hopefully get someone’s attention.

Refill and cage don't match.
I bought my Pure 211+ unit over 5 years ago. It operates wonderfully. About a year ago I needed a filter refill. I ordered it from Blue. I received a filter in a new cage - diamond pattern. This is apparently not refillable. In order to continue to operate the filter, I need to get the proper cage that will accept refills.

Missing cage after filter redesign
I received my new filter, but need a new filter cage. I requested it some time ago, but still can't use the new filter

Great filter for the desert! (Phoenix)
A very effective filter that picks up more "junk" in the air than imaginable! Highly recommend especially for desert climates where there's lots of dust in the air.
