Arrived without notice, damaged packaging, and was late based on 6+ months minimum use
I want to state that this was our first time using the 10% subscription option. Normally, as soon as we think our filter is due for a replacement, we order another one.
The package arrived on our front doorstep, despite instructions for this address stating to be delivered at another location. The package was damaged and wet.
The package arrived weeks after our filter stopped working. This seemed anti-ethical to subscribing to receive a new filter. It shoudl be seamless. Instead, we avoided using the air filter for weeks.
Finally, We noticed that the package seemed to be shipped with a lower priority than what we received when ordered on-demand.
Overall, we will give this another chance. However, if the filter arrives after our filter (at its lowest setting) has ceased to work, we will discontinue and start ordering when we think the filter should be failing. 10% is no exchange for sitting around and waiting for the next filter to arrive.
